Throughout 2015, everything we did was motivated by our goal to be Compelled by the Spirit of God. We knew the calling of our church was to be more aware of God’s voice leading our individual lives. As a result, God’s grace and favor overflowed into our church, and we were able to reach many people who live and work around us.

This report is the celebration of the blessings that come when we seek to do His will for our church. These numbers represent the people, marriages, families, and communities that grew stronger in their personal walk with God and in relationship with others.

Thank you for partnering with us in 2015! We are so honored to be a part of the incredible vision God has for this state. Arkansas has been forever impacted for His kingdom because of the willing and generous hearts within our church. And we pray this influence will continue in 2016 as we grow together in the Word in what we are calling the Year of the Bible.

We love you, New Life!

It was an exciting year for NLC Cabot! In 2015, they laid the foundation for a new building and have added new lay staff and pastors to help minister to their growing church family. The health of their life groups is also a testament to their dedication to the vision God has given us.

We believe that every person that walks through our doors has a vital and unique place in our church. At our Conway campus, 28 people are leading life groups for the very first time, and in every Connect class, several people have made decisions for Christ or to be baptized! Students at OBU at NLC are serving in different ministries and at multiple campuses, carrying out The Arkansas God Sees vision.

At NLC Greater Little Rock, hundreds of people have joined life groups and serve groups for the first time! It was also a great year for the children and student ministries. They saw a significant attendance increase at their services and events. And at weekend services, GLR had a double-digit percentage growth in attendance and tithes and offerings.

This year, our Hot Springs campus was really able to develop their ministries. Elevation, our college and young adult ministry, drew students into community in the church and with each other. NLC Hot Springs also launched their prayer team, with more than forty members praying for people at weekend services and throughout the week. Through many renovations to the building, from a nursing mother’s room to a refinished gym, this house is an even better place for families to grow.

Members of NLC Searcy are finding their place as leaders, most notably as leaders over serve groups. And the number of people who serve with them has doubled this year! In addition, the growth of our Searcy campus has allowed them to move to three services every weekend.

We believe that God’s hand is on our little ones,
protecting and preparing their future.
