Kelsey Payton has called New Life Church her home since 2008. She and her husband, Brandon, have a heart for the people of Little Rock and the surrounding areas. She coordinates life group leader recruitment, training, and placement. She builds new systems and initiatives for the GLR life groups and coordinates life group launches. Her passion is helping individuals find the best groups (and best friends) for their stages of life.
Seth & Kendra Tomboli
Seth and Kendra Tomboli met at the NLC Conway campus in 2014 while serving in the college ministry “Elevation”,shortly after that they got married and felt God call them to the GLR campus to help pastor high school students. The Tomboli’s are in love with the vision of NLC and are very passionate about the next generation as well as developing leaders. Their lives are consumed with young people and they love it, but they also very much enjoy quality time with their golden retriever “Ace”.
Turner & Jade Moore
Turner and Jade Moore have been married since 2011 and now have four adorable kids! They are sold out to the vision of New Life Church and have a huge heart to see the Students of Four Twelve establish their Identity in Christ in this phase of their life. They love family and desire for people to know that they belong no matter what!
Aaron & Kristy Henson
Kristy and Aaron met in 2002 and have two amazing boys. After serving in children’s ministry at the Greater Little Rock campus for 8 years, they came on staff as the Kid Life Pastors.Aaron and Kristy enjoy being with their boys, entertaining at their home, and are passionate about family discipleship and God’s Word. They love their city, their church, and how God is using them to reach the parents and kids of Arkansas.
Mark & Jari Davis
Mark and Jari are discipleship pastors and have attended NLC since 2011. A portrait of their involvement is to observe their seating arrangement in our auditorium, moving forward form the back row, and now to the front row since 2017 (they are really not front row-type people). Parents of 4 grown children (and loving their dog named Briggs) they are intentional about encouraging the church to observe and apply the bible and move forward in life.
Tommy & Amber Hunt
Tommy Hunt has been a part of the New Life family since the very first service back in February, 2001. In 2013, he and his wife Amber joined our Greater Little Rock campus staff as the student pastors. He now is the Serve Pastor and also oversees Outreach Ministries and Missions at GLR. Tommy & Amber have 3 beautiful kids who all love wrestling with their dad and eating their body weight in ice cream.
Dale & Kim Hull
Dale and Kim Hull have been involved in serving at New Life Church since making their way to Arkansas from Oklahoma in 2007. They began full time ministry 1988 and have served as lay pastors here at our GLR campus since 2008. Their journey and experiences have influenced their passion and compassion for making sure that everyone is cared for and finds their way into authentic relationships which makes them a great fit as our GLR CONNECT pastors.
Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married since 1988 and live in Conway, Arkansas. They have four children and love life as grandparents.
Chris & Katharina Ochterbeck
Chris and Katharina Ochterbeck have been a part of the New Life family for around 15 years. After marrying and finding a home at New Life Church Greater Little Rock, they began pastoring student ministries. Now, they serve there as campus pastors.
Chris and Kat have two amazing kids, Maya Grace and Eliam Cole. They’re incredibly passionate about belonging to a church that truly takes care of people, serves and creates community, and influences the culture of their cities.
